One dashboard tracking four of my own sites on discoverability, speed, errors and cost. Every morning at eight it reports what needs attention — or confirms everything is within bounds.

Online in seven days — mdvcapital.nl
Site and section system for a Dutch buy-and-build acquirer. Design variants are assigned on the server, so a test also counts for visitors who decline analytics cookies — the earlier in-browser setup had never run once because of that.

The project in seven steps

Start with the problem.
Together we decide what has to change, for whom, and how you will see that it worked.

Pick one design.
You see one worked-out design instead of three half ones. That is quicker to judge and easier to decide on.

Settle the design once.
Colours, fonts, spacing and buttons are defined once and used everywhere. If you want to change something later, you change it in one place.

Build what pays off first.
The route your customers take most often works first, end to end. Exceptions follow after that.

Connect only what adds something.
I connect your CMS, your customer data and any automation to the site, so you keep your data in one place.

Test everything as a visitor.
I walk through every page, every form and every order route the way a visitor does, and measure speed and accessibility.

The site goes live with monitoring switched on. You get the access, the explanation and the documentation, so you can carry on yourself.
