I build websites and web applications in TypeScript with Next.js and React, with Sanity as the CMS. For backends I also use Python with FastAPI, and PostgreSQL as the database. Integrations use the APIs of your existing systems, such as Stripe and Attio.

That depends on the scope. The MDV Capital site went from first meeting to launch within a week; FinancieelSlimleven.nl was built in a month and later switched to mortgage advice in four weeks. Before we start, you get a schedule.

My clients so far are in the Netherlands. Because I work remotely, clients elsewhere are possible too, and a site can be in Dutch and English.

After a free introductory call you get a fixed price. The calculator gives an estimate in advance, derived from my package prices; where you end up exactly depends on how much already exists. Maintenance can run monthly afterwards.

Half at the start, half on delivery. Monthly maintenance is invoiced in advance.

After launch you get 30 or 90 days of support, depending on the package. After that you can take monthly maintenance: updates and a fixed number of development hours.

Automation of repetitive work, where the software does the groundwork and you decide: for example enquiries that land in your CRM by themselves, or emails that follow a download automatically. So far I have used AI mainly in my own projects; on MaviCats.com, AI checks uploaded photos and texts. Together we look at what takes you the most time.

No. It is enough if you can tell me what takes too long, what data is involved and what a good result looks like. I do the design and the build.
