FAQ

Answers about general

3 frequently asked questions

01What does BVDNET do?

I build websites, web apps and AI automations for small and medium businesses. Web development runs from landing pages to full web shops. The automation side is about recurring work you let software do. That works especially well if your business runs on Google Workspace.

02Where are you based?

Arnhem, Netherlands. I work remotely — location has never been a barrier.

03Is BVDNET an agency?

No. One-person studio. You work directly with me — no account manager, no work silently farmed out.

3 frequently asked questions

01What technologies do you work with?

Web: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Sanity CMS. E-commerce: Shopify or WooCommerce. Automations: Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Vertex AI — plus whatever APIs your existing tools expose.

02How long does a typical project take?

Brochure site: 2–4 weeks. Larger site with CMS and integrations: 4–8 weeks. Automations vary — a focused workflow is a week or two, a full pipeline is closer to a month. You get a realistic estimate before anything starts.

03Do you work with clients outside the Netherlands?

Yes, most work is remote.

03 / Pricing

Answers about pricing

3 frequently asked questions

01How does pricing work?

Fixed-price quotes after a free scoping call. The estimator shows the range comparable projects landed in; where you end up depends on how much already exists. Maintenance can run monthly after launch.

02What are the payment terms?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainers billed monthly in advance.

03What's included after launch?

After launch you get 30 or 90 days of support, depending on the package. After that you can take a monthly plan for monitoring, updates and a fixed number of development hours.

2 frequently asked questions

01What kind of automations do you build?

Workflow automations that save time: email sorting and drafting, document processing, form-to-CRM pipelines, Sheets automations, scheduled reports, multi-step workflows. If you are on Google Workspace there is usually plenty that can be automated quickly.

02Do I need to be technical to commission an automation?

No. A clear brief is enough — what takes too long, what data is involved, what good output looks like. I handle the design and build.
